「人とAIの差分（Archimedes Delta）」とは、論理という水槽に人格を沈めたとき溢れ出す「非合理な選択」の量。The “difference between humans and AI” (Archimedes Delta) is the volume of irrational choices that overflows when personality is submerged in the tank of logic.

対話から価値観・口調・判断軸を学習。カスタムチューニングとRAGで、その人らしい応答を生成し続けます。Learning values, tone, and judgment from dialogue — custom tuning and RAG keep responses true to the person.

エピソードを価値観の「重みベクトル」へ変換し、判断の揺らぎまで構造化して再現します。We convert episodes into ‘weight vectors’ of values, structuring even the fluctuation of judgment.
音声・マルチモーダルVoice & Multimodal
音声クローン（ElevenLabs）と音声認識（Voxtral）で、テキストだけでなく声まで再現します。Voice cloning (ElevenLabs) and speech recognition (Voxtral) reproduce not just text, but the voice itself.
セキュアインフラSecure Infrastructure
CMEK・VPC Service Controls・HashiCorp Vaultでテナントを完全分離し、本人の主権を技術的に担保します。CMEK, VPC Service Controls, and HashiCorp Vault fully isolate each tenant and technically guarantee individual sovereignty.
本人性認証Proof of Personhood
思考パターンによる本人性証明で、ディープフェイクやなりすましを排除します。Proof of personhood based on thought patterns rules out deepfakes and impersonation.

2018年、19歳で株式会社Kakedasを創業。『日本に相談のインフラを築き、人生の主人公を増やす』をビジョンに掲げて、累計5回の資金調達、5度のピボットを経て、オンラインカウンセリングサービス「カケダス」を立ち上げる。In 2018, at the age of 19, he founded Kakedas Inc. Guided by the vision of ‘building an infrastructure for consultation in Japan and increasing the protagonists of their own lives,’ he launched the online counseling service ‘Kakedas’ through five rounds of fundraising and five pivots.
法人向け、個人向け、自治体や大学向けなど様々な領域において、気軽に相談ができるプラットフォームを開発運営。同サービスは国家資格の登録者数最多、国内最大規模を誇る成長を果たし、2022年8月には東証上場企業へのM&Aを実現。He developed and operated a platform for easy, approachable consultation across corporate, individual, municipal, and university settings. The service grew to the largest of its kind in Japan, with the most registered nationally-certified professionals, and in August 2022 achieved an M&A with a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
その後は、生成AIやRAGを活用して同サービスの開発を牽引。グループ会社において生成AI活用のチャットボット開発や研修を実施。2026年、AIエージェント開発を強みとする「アルキメデステクノロジーズ」を創業。He then led the service's development using generative AI and RAG, building generative-AI chatbots and running training programs across the group's companies. In 2026, he founded Archimedes Technologies, specializing in AI agent development.
